What you will do

• Provide operational support for vacuum pump and abatement systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on heat exchangers and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot and restore failed systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage code compliance for vacuum and abatement infrastructure.
• Assist in developing operational procedures and engineering analysis.
• Complete certification packages for various equipment types.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
• BS in STEM or Associate degree in STEM with 2+ years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 2.5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work a compressed night shift schedule (Wed-Sat and alternating Saturday nights).
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, walk 3-6 miles daily, and wear full chemical protection suits or breathing apparatus.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in preventive maintenance programs.
• Prior experience in equipment repair processes.
