What you will do

• Administer and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters in hybrid cloud environments.
• Manage Kubernetes resources including namespaces, services, and containerized workloads.
• Deploy and troubleshoot applications using CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
• Ensure platform security through RBAC, secrets management, and network policies.
• Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to resolve incidents and maintain service levels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift administration.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes administration and cluster lifecycle management.
• Strong background in supporting containerized applications and CI/CD workflows.
• Proficiency in security, monitoring, logging, and automation scripting.
• Intermediate English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280).
• Experience integrating OpenShift with VMware, storage, and networking solutions.
• Background in enterprise or regulated industry environments.
