What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide high-touch pre-sales technical support.
  • Technically qualify opportunities and lead Proof of Value (POV) evaluations.
  • Create Security Assessment Reports for end-users post-evaluation.
  • Train distributors and partners on successful POV deployment and reporting.
  • Liaise between partners, customers, and corporate headquarters regarding technical requirements.
  • Monitor competitive market developments and contribute to regional marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT security business and pre-sales roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking (OSI model, IPv4/6, Routing, DNS) and security solutions.
  • Familiarity with hacking tools, malware families, and evasion techniques.
  • Experience with network security tools including firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxies, and SIEM products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal teams.

Nice to have

  • Customer service background.
  • Experience in SaaS sales.
  • Knowledge of Threat Intel.
