What you will do

• Lead and deliver client engagements in Data Science, AI, and Generative AI, focusing on enterprise transformation and analytics.
• Develop AI strategies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
• Design and deploy LLM solutions, RAG architectures, AI agents, and prompt engineering frameworks across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Lead functional data architecture, modeling, and engineering, including ETL/ELT pipelines and API integrations.
• Establish scalable AI/ML deployment environments using MLOps practices and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to business development, proposal creation, and the expansion of the firm's AI offerings.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of professional experience in Data Science, AI, or Digital Transformation, preferably within consulting.
• Strong expertise in Python-based AI/ML ecosystems (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Proven experience working with enterprise and government stakeholders in KSA or the GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative discipline.
• Professional certifications in cloud, AI, or analytics (e.g., Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning).
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
