Quality Assurance Coordinator

Compensation: $20.27–$26.70 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze and process quality-related claims across all textile brands.
• Enter replacement orders and manage return authorizations.
• Process chargebacks and issue credit memos to clients.
• Perform product inspections against established standards and lot control.
• Maintain the QA library for approved standards and product memos.
• Manage JIRA requests and documentation for the Underwriters Laboratory program.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree in textiles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of textiles with the ability to differentiate colors and shades.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
