What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for iLottery game products.
• Define game requirements and player experiences from initial concept through to launch.
• Partner with game studios, engineering, and platform teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences.
• Analyze data and player insights to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Ensure all products adhere to strict regulatory, responsible gaming, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to manage game launches and ongoing performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within iLottery, iGaming, or digital product sectors.
• Proven understanding of online lottery products and player behavior.
• Experience working within agile development environments.
• Strong data-driven mindset with excellent prioritization and partner management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with instant win, draw-based, or hybrid iLottery games.
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
