Salary: $100,000.00–$135,000.00 annually

What you will do

• Design and implement embedded software for real-time aircraft control systems.
• Perform software integration and verification using real and simulated hardware in system-level testing.
• Maintain and support software in the target environment, including debugging and corrective updates.
• Collaborate on requirements and system design, authoring and refining software requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting technology and process improvements that increase accuracy, reliability, or reduce cost.
• Support occasional domestic travel (up to 5%) as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of embedded software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C for embedded software development.
• Familiarity with RTOS, device drivers, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Access to United States export-controlled information is required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical discipline (preferably computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or similar).

Nice to have

• Experience with DO-178 Level A development and verification.
• Experience or internship in the aerospace/defense industry.
• Experience in a test/development lab environment.
• Familiarity with Python or MATLAB/Simulink.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance.
