What you will do

• Translate user needs and product strategy into clear requirements and priorities for the Elsa platform.
• Lead day-to-day product execution with an engineering squad to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Deliver enhancements to authoring workflows, content structuring, and AI-driven content enrichment.
• Contribute to product discovery by defining problems and validating solution approaches.
• Engage with a global user base and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform product trade-offs and prioritization.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in product management or a closely related role.
• Proven track record of owning product features from discovery through to release.
• Ability to plan and deliver complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workflows.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, including iteration and discovery.
• Experience working effectively within matrixed or stakeholder-rich environments.
