What you will do

• Manage the Security Assurance team's queue to ensure all customer requests are handled promptly.
• Complete customer security reviews and support field personnel in responding to complex security questions.
• Maintain and proactively improve the team's internal knowledgebase, processes, and tooling.
• Coordinate responses to high-profile supply chain events and critical severity CVEs.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on product security, assurance trends, and emerging regulations.
• Design and deliver internal enablement training on security posture and compliance across the organization.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Information Security.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exposure to major frameworks or regulations such as ISO 27001, SOC2, CSA, or DORA.
• Basic understanding of public cloud technologies, including IAM, encryption, network security, and tenant isolation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate multiple urgent requests while collaborating with SMEs across various time zones.
