What you will do

• Define and deliver the Cyber and IP security vision and value proposition for the organization.
• Develop security architectures and threat models to protect intellectual property across all deployment platforms and device categories.
• Provide security guidance to engineering teams on secure coding practices and vulnerability assessments throughout the product lifecycle.
• Investigate and evaluate new software protection mechanisms, balancing cost, complexity, security, and flexibility.
• Drive consensus across multiple stakeholder teams to obtain buy-in for proposed security solutions.
• Lead IP Security engineering teams to deliver controls using agile methodology.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of work experience in cybersecurity or IP security.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
• Proven expertise in software protection and anti-reverse engineering techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of cryptographic concepts, TEE, TrustZone, Virtualization, and SoC architecture.
• Experience with IP security deployment in embedded and consumer products.
• Ability to communicate strategically and persuasively with all levels of the organization.
