What you will do

• Assist with project management for global trade management tools including maintenance, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Develop, update, and implement trade policies to ensure regulatory compliance, monitor adherence, and support audits.
• Design dashboards and create executive reports for trade metrics and performance.
• Identify inefficiencies, recommend automation, and enhance data accuracy and workflows.
• Maintain records, prepare reports for stakeholders, and deliver training on tools, policies, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Internship or coursework in international trade, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of import/export processes and global trade regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with trade management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills; attention to detail, adaptability, prioritization in fast-paced environment; effective collaboration.
