What you will do

• Manage PHY and functional validation teams in a post-silicon environment.
• Define, document, and execute comprehensive validation and test plans for switch devices.
• Perform lab-based silicon bring-up and unit test execution for PCIe Physical and PCS layers.
• Analyze high-speed signal integrity using oscilloscopes, BERT, and network analyzers.
• Debug complex issues related to PCIe, UALink, and Ethernet protocols.
• Collaborate with design, software, and customer teams to resolve post-silicon failure cases.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE with 7+ years of experience or Master’s/PhD with 5+ years.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in Silicon Validation.
• 5+ years of experience with High Speed IO testing, debugging, and validation.
• Strong understanding of high-speed SERDES, equalization techniques, and PCIe/Ethernet protocols.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment including scopes, BERT, and protocol analyzers.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of board design and schematic reading.
• Experience with SERDES modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of physical and protocol levels (PIPE I/F, PCS, MAC).
