What you will do
- Build and develop a high-performing full-stack team while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of high-quality software, balancing speed with long-term platform health.
- Champion the use of agentic coding tools and AI-native workflows to accelerate prototyping and improve code quality.
- Partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps based on data, metrics, and user feedback.
- Lead technical decision-making and architecture for scalability, particularly for LLM-powered services.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience across the stack with strong system design skills.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams with a proven track record of people development.
- AI-native mindset with practical experience using agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Codex.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills to build trust across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in startup or early-stage environments is highly valued.
Nice to have
- Experience with the stack: TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience building custom AI skills or integrating MCP servers.
