Working Student (m/f/d) – Wafer Process Development and Design (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Prepare samples and support different analysis methods in the failure analysis lab.
• Review, analyze, and document analysis results.
• Support the process development group in the Hamburg semiconductor fab.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Have hands-on laboratory experience.
• Have strong analytical thinking and a reliable, conscientious, clean working mindset.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Be fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of semiconductor technology and basic analysis methods.
• Experience with MS Office.
