What you will do

  • Define and drive product strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain an outcome-driven product roadmap.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to align priorities.
  • Define and monitor key success metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Identify risks and manage dependencies throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering successful strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term product vision.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Customer Safety, Responsible Gaming, or Betting & Gaming.
  • Exposure to compliance, regulatory, or customer protection-related products.
  • Familiarity with modern product management frameworks and methodologies.
