What you will do

• Architect and define sub-system specifications for advanced power management solutions including DC-DC converters and LDOs.
• Lead end-to-end design of power management circuits, focusing on high-current stages and packaging-aware design.
• Develop system and behavioral models using MATLAB/Simulink and Verilog-A to validate architecture and performance.
• Serve as the technical lead and primary interface for Tier-1 customers to drive technical alignment.
• Mentor junior design engineers and provide technical leadership for long-term innovation strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with layout, product, test, and quality teams to ensure successful high-volume manufacturing.

Requirements

• MS in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years or PhD with 10+ years of experience in PMIC development.
• Proven expertise in power conversion topologies including buck, boost, and multi-phase architectures.
• Strong understanding of control techniques and power integrity modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence IC design tools (Virtuoso, Spectre).
• Demonstrated track record of delivering products from concept to high-volume manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills for working with global teams and Tier-1 customers.
