What you will do

• Design high-performance broadband analog and mixed-signal circuits for electrical and optical front ends.
• Develop analog circuits including linear regulators, AGC loops, current/voltage sensors, and bandgaps.
• Collaborate with functional groups to facilitate post-silicon validation and qualification.
• Support the transition of designs to mass production and provide customer support.
• Utilize IC design CAD tools to ensure high-performance circuit reliability.

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of experience or MSc/PhD with 3+ years of experience.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing CMOS broadband analog circuits including RX/TX front ends, TIAs, and drivers.
• Proven experience in chip tapeout and lab evaluation of high-performance transmitters or receivers.
• Proficiency in IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, ADS, and Matlab.
