What you will do

• Lead and scale a new cross-functional analog design team in San Diego.
• Supervise, coach, and provide technical direction to engineering staff.
• Align and execute on overall strategy for next-generation analog design.
• Guide layout activities to ensure design accuracy and performance.
• Lead design reviews to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business units to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• 15-20+ years of related experience with a MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 10-15+ years of experience leading and scaling innovative cross-functional analog design teams.
• Hands-on expertise in mixed-signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies and low-power/high-speed design techniques.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
• Proficiency in IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, and Verilog.
