What you will do

• Lead execution of complex projects ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations
• Develop and manage detailed project plans including resource allocation, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks efficiently
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices and mentor junior project managers

Requirements

• Location: Hong Kong based with hybrid work arrangement
• Fluency in English required
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in project management within banking, investment management, or related financial sectors
• PMI, Prince2 or equivalent certification
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites with flexibility for remote work
