What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end transition journey for a portfolio of corporate and commercial banking customers.
  • Assess product complexity and manage customer expectations throughout the migration process.
  • Coordinate with internal Compliance, KYC, and Sales teams to ensure readiness for implementation milestones.
  • Execute post-cutover monitoring and proactive check-ins to ensure service stability.
  • Identify and route upsell or cross-sell opportunities to the client's Sales team.
  • Contribute to program playbooks by logging objection patterns and process improvement insights.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of client-facing experience in Canadian cash and/or treasury management or transaction banking.
  • Deep working knowledge of Canadian cash management products (wires, EFT/ACH, lockbox, online banking).
  • Hands-on experience with bank-side client onboarding, account opening, and compliance documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder client situations and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Must be Canada-based or willing to commit to full-time on-site presence in Toronto.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with corporate treasury stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in bank-initiated customer migration or branch consolidation programs.
  • Understanding of Canadian regulatory frameworks like FINTRAC, OSFI, and CPA Rules.
  • Knowledge of cross-border banking structures and US cash management products.
  • Professional certifications such as CTP or CACM.
