What you will do

• Oversee and manage the Close of Business (COB) process in the Transact production environment, ensuring compliance with the SLA.
• Handle L1 support: monitor and respond to user queries, perform first-line diagnosis, resolve minor issues, and maintain the knowledge base.
• Handle L2 support: analyze and troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate with L3/Temenos/interface teams, and support batch processing, reconciliations, and end-of-day operations.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems; apply non-code workarounds and data patching when needed.
• Support operations and users with procedural guidance for non-defect cases and provide technical reference during implementations and upgrades.
• Conduct onsite ticket analysis during critical milestones (e.g., Go Live, branch openings, upgrades) and develop tools/FAQs to reduce analysis time and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• English: B2 minimum.
• Experience with Temenos Transact (T24) L1/L2 production support in a banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of RTB (Run the Bank) operations, incident management, and Close of Business (COB) processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Unix/shell scripting, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with banking interfaces/APIs/middleware and payment flows (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS).
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, databases, and Kubernetes for containerized application management.
