What you will do

• Drive product power and performance roadmaps to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Lead cross-organizational projects to identify root causes of device-related yield and performance issues.
• Develop and import new device technologies into production fabs.
• Own New Product Introduction (NPI) and optimize device-related processes.
• Collaborate with integration and module teams to drive process simplification and cost reduction.
• Create predictive models for device performance during silicon progression.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Device Physics, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in the advanced node semiconductor industry.
• 5-10 years of experience in FinFET technology development or high-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Device Physics in a real-world fab environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Leixlip, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience with GAA (Gate-All-Around) technology architecture.
• Background in serving external Foundry customers.
• Understanding of module processes like lithography, etch, CMP, and thin films.
• Proven ability to influence and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.
