Salary: $140,400 - $207,790 per annum

What you will do
- Design and implement an enterprise crisis management framework spanning multiple hazard types.
- Define escalation models and governance structures for business-unit incidents to enterprise-level crises.
- Develop playbooks, communication models, and response frameworks for consistent operational execution.
- Serve as Crisis Manager or Incident Commander during high-severity events.
- Build strong working relationships across business units including HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Lead post-incident reviews and drive continuous program improvement through exercises and metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in incident response or crisis management.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Demonstrated experience building programs from the ground up in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of incident response frameworks such as NIST SP 800-61, ISO 27035, and ICS.
- Must have familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC.
- Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions.
