What you will do

• Design and implement an enterprise crisis management framework spanning multiple hazard types.
• Define escalation models and governance structures for business-unit incidents to enterprise-level crises.
• Develop playbooks, communication models, and response frameworks for consistent operational execution.
• Serve as Crisis Manager or Incident Commander during high-severity events.
• Build strong working relationships across business units including HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Lead post-incident reviews and drive continuous program improvement through exercises and metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in incident response or crisis management.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Demonstrated experience building programs from the ground up in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of incident response frameworks such as NIST SP 800-61, ISO 27035, and ICS.
• Must have familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions.
