What you will do
- Own the strategy and investment portfolio for AI-native workflow platforms in higher education.
- Partner with developers to evolve engagement platforms into AI-powered orchestration layers.
- Fund tools to codify institutional policy into machine-readable logic while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Advance best practices for AI-mediated interaction, including conversational and agent-based interfaces.
- Monitor the emerging ecosystem of vertical AI infrastructure and identify strategic investment opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of grants and contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States; no sponsorship provided.
- Fluency with emerging AI solutions in edtech, including agentic and LLM-based workflow systems.
- Experience designing or evaluating agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Deep understanding of higher education institutional policy logic and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity in product and investment design for underserved student populations.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for leadership and external partners.
