What you will do

• Converse with AI models in Caribbean Spanish across a wide range of topics.
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance of model outputs.
• Capture and document reproducible error traces and failure modes to harden model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Challenge models on regional colloquialisms, tone adaptation, and syntactic accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in Honduras
• Expertise in grammar, orthography, vocabulary, and idiomatic expressions of Caribbean Spanish (Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Cuba).
• Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Spanish Language, Literature, or a related field.
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and "show your work".
