What you will do

  • Manage the operational health and administration of enterprise SaaS platforms like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Lucid.
  • Monitor observability and AIOps platforms to detect anomalies and performance degradation.
  • Lead incident triage, event correlation, and post-incident reviews to identify systemic fixes.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Python to reduce manual operational effort.
  • Coordinate user-impact communications during service outages in partnership with IT teams.
  • Support operational reliability of Microsoft Power Platform components including environment governance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise platform operations, SaaS administration, or infrastructure support.
  • Hands-on experience administering enterprise tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Lucid.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell or equivalent scripting for automation.
  • Solid understanding of monitoring, observability, and event management practices.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and ServiceNow workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms with identity providers like Okta or Entra ID.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or automation-driven configuration management.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with SQL Server and IIS/Apache administration.
