What you will do

• Own the end-to-end art production pipeline from planning and scheduling through to final delivery.
• Coordinate art flow and communication between teams in Helsinki and Shanghai across every update.
• Manage relationships with external art studios and contractors to scale production and maintain quality.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to drive practical improvements in how the team works.
• Monitor quality, costs, and timelines to ensure deliverables land on time without team burnout.
• Ensure clear internal and external communication regarding production status and goals.

Requirements

• Experience in art production within the mobile game industry or fast-paced live content environments.
• Solid understanding of the game art pipeline from concept through implementation.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• Proven track record of directing and managing external studios or contractors.
• Confident communication skills for collaborating across different time zones and disciplines.
• Strong visual judgment to provide creative feedback and maintain a high quality bar.
