What you will do

  • Coordinate effective take-on of globally managed mandates for institutional clients in AP by working with clients, custodians, and internal partners (Sales, Client Relations, Investments, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations).
  • Support product launches in the AP region by partnering with trustees, administrators, and custodians.
  • Coordinate change management events, including transitions between custodians and legal documentation amendments.
  • Identify process improvements in client transition and onboarding and recommend/implement changes where possible.

Requirements

  • University degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in asset management or a financial services firm; transitions/onboarding experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the asset management industry and related functions (Legal, Compliance, Investments, Operations), including unit trust and segregated account operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to manage conference calls, work under pressure, prioritize proactively, and work autonomously with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Hold Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Professionals OR Senior Broker License.
