What you will do

• Lead configuration delivery across multiple regions and countries within Professional Services International.
• Define and execute the QA strategy for Configuration to ensure consistent quality standards and governance.
• Establish and maintain planning, estimation, and resource management processes for Configuration squads.
• Manage the routing and allocation of planned and BAU demand into Configuration teams.
• Align Configuration delivery with Product & Development release cycles and Implementation timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Product & Development, and Global IT to drive process standardization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery and project management within complex international environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs using Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in release management across multiple countries and regions.
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance governance and quality frameworks.
• Technical background with experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Advanced knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for delivery and governance.
