What you will do
- Define and execute the Implementation strategy for the Spanish market.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing Professional Services team, including recruitment and development.
- Take full accountability for the delivery of local and international implementation projects and programmes.
- Partner with Managed Payroll Services, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery from design to deployment.
- Drive innovation and best practices through internal and external benchmarking and transformation initiatives.
- Support commercial teams with accurate resource planning and cost modelling for bids.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior programme or delivery leadership roles.
- Background in consulting or complex enterprise environments.
- Proven success delivering multi-workstream transformation programmes.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Must be based in or have the legal right to work in Spain (Madrid).
- Strong knowledge of project and programme management methodologies.

- Experience in HR and Payroll implementations.
