What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to ensure efficient daily purchasing operations.
• Develop and execute long-term procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business growth plans.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard global and local suppliers to strengthen the supplier base and ensure continuity.
• Drive cost reduction and value optimization through spend analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments.
• Negotiate and manage framework agreements and strategic partnerships with preferred suppliers.
• Implement procurement KPIs and governance processes to enhance visibility and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of proven experience managing multidisciplinary procurement.
• Expert proficiency in Hebrew and Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Caesarea, Israel.
