What you will do

• Develop and maintain core infrastructure components for the Virtuoso platform.
• Work on user interface development and the proprietary SKILL programming language.
• Architect technical solutions and develop detailed specifications for new functionality.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to address complex requirements and scope development efforts.
• Identify and resolve quality issues within existing and new codebases.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of full-time software engineering experience.
• BS degree in Computer Science required (Masters or PhD preferred).
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and algorithmic problem solving.
• Commitment to high-quality development and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lisp implementation.
• Experience extending the Python language.
