What you will do

• Procure, install, and configure lab equipment across various platforms.
• Manage change control and maintain lab environments through certification cycles.
• Design and develop certification tools and automation scripts.
• Create comprehensive certification and test plans.
• Provide technical support during production deployments.
• Report project status and escalate technical issues to the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA or Middletown, NJ.
• Experience with IVR platforms including Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys.
• Proficiency in Linux, Windows, and VMware environments.
• Experience with monitoring, configuration, and performance testing tools.
• Ability to provide and justify effort estimates for project tasks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
