What you will do

• Perform mission planning checks and monitor daily spacecraft operations.
• Analyze subsystem health and performance, contributing to in-orbit anomaly investigations.
• Develop and maintain the operational baseline, including manual and automated procedures.
• Support spacecraft simulator development and maintenance.
• Prepare operational documentation and reports for spacecraft subsystems.
• Interface with satellite teams and industry partners during operations preparation and validation campaigns.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Spacecraft Operations (LEO/GEO) with responsibility for platform subsystems.
• Experience in Spacecraft Operations Preparation, including validation of operational baselines and tools.
• Proficiency with SCOS 2000 mission control system.
• EU citizenship or valid German work permit is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with APEX operations procedures tool.
• Proven experience in LEOP and commissioning phases.
• Familiarity with ECSS Packet Utilisation Standard.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or VBA.
