What you will do

• Lead and grow a high-performing publishing team covering marketing, operations, community, and support.
• Oversee the entire game lifecycle from evaluation and soft launch to full launch and live operations.
• Own P&L accountability to drive profitability and align activities with financial targets.
• Define and implement product strategies focused on monetization, engagement, and growth.
• Plan and execute integrated product roadmaps including updates and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze game performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the online or mobile gaming industry.
• Proven success as a publishing leader with at least two successful game launches.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Deep knowledge of publishing RPGs, MMORPGs, or Shooter titles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large teams of 30+ members.
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
