What you will do
- Define and execute the technology integration strategy for all firm acquisitions.
- Lead a cross-functional team of architecture, infrastructure, security, and operations leaders.
- Manage the roadmap and sequencing of multiple parallel integration initiatives.
- Oversee the consolidation of core business applications, infrastructure, and security tooling.
- Establish governance frameworks, including target-state architecture and readiness gates.
- Partner with M&A leadership, legal, and finance to shape integration assumptions and cost models.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years specifically leading M&A integrations.
- Proven experience operating at the Managing Director, Executive Director, or VP+ level.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale technology integrations in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong command of technology operating models, enterprise architecture, and security.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite and Board level.
- Ability to travel on short notice and work additional hours as necessary.
Nice to have
- Background in professional services, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Experience operating within global or multi-entity firms.
- Familiarity with transitional service agreements (TSAs) and complex separation scenarios.
