Salary: $243,800–$438,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the technology integration strategy for all firm acquisitions.
• Lead a cross-functional team of architecture, infrastructure, security, and operations leaders.
• Manage the roadmap and sequencing of multiple parallel integration initiatives.
• Oversee the consolidation of core business applications, infrastructure, and security tooling.
• Establish governance frameworks, including target-state architecture and readiness gates.
• Partner with M&A leadership, legal, and finance to shape integration assumptions and cost models.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years specifically leading M&A integrations.
• Proven experience operating at the Managing Director, Executive Director, or VP+ level.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale technology integrations in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong command of technology operating models, enterprise architecture, and security.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite and Board level.
• Ability to travel on short notice and work additional hours as necessary.

Nice to have

• Background in professional services, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Experience operating within global or multi-entity firms.
• Familiarity with transitional service agreements (TSAs) and complex separation scenarios.
