What you will do

• Provide technical subject matter expertise throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct on-site vendor audits to assess manufacturing and quality practices.
• Manage internal and external supplier corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Serve as a liaison between senior management and vendors to resolve quality issues.
• Establish critical-to-quality characteristics and translate build requirements.
• Offer technical mentorship to suppliers for process optimization.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in similar roles within a regulated industry.
• Solid understanding of ISO9001 standards and 8D/CAPA methodologies.
• Certified Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer, or Lean Manufacturing Certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems like Power BI.
