What you will do

• Analyze player data and feedback to inform and refine design choices.
• Develop innovative features and translate high-level concepts into detailed design documentation.
• Maintain a product owner mindset to ensure designs align with franchise strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Art, UX, and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive visual style and implementation.
• Design, conduct, and analyze A/B tests to optimize gameplay performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive feature specifications, user flows, and prototypes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design for F2P mobile casual games.
• Proven expertise in designing complex systems across core, meta, and social game layers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international team.
• Demonstrated track record of developing impactful features for live games.
• Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid basis in Seville, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience designing casual social games with deep customization and meta progression.
• Background in social casino games.
• Curiosity and experience using AI tools to improve workflow and productivity.
