What you will do

• Oversee incident response, vulnerability management, and cyber threat hunting operations.
• Deploy and maintain security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and vulnerability scanners.
• Implement and manage system security measures across network, host, and cloud environments.
• Recommend system tuning and identify new use cases based on customer and industry data.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to fortify cyber defenses and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 1+ years of experience in engineering or deploying security technologies like EDR, MDR, SIEM, or SOAR.
• Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining system security measures.
• Expertise in cloud security, Zero Trust, network/EDGE security, and emerging technologies like IoT and AI.
• Deep understanding of the current cyber threat landscape and adversary tactics.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology.
• Certifications such as ECTHP (Certified Threat Hunting Professional) or ECMAP (Malware Analysis Professional).
• Experience in security monitoring and advanced analytics (UEBA).
