What you will do

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and strategic partners in Brazil.
• Leverage proprietary data to advise top-tier partners and drive their growth.
• Lead projects that translate complex data into actionable business cases to improve CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to ensure efficient scaling.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in analytical business roles, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth.
• Must be willing to relocate to Buenos Aires.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
