What you will do

• Lead the development of GaN process modules including etch, deposition, metallization, and passivation.
• Collaborate with fab, design, and device engineers to ensure manufacturability and stability of new technologies.
• Explore new materials, process chemistry, and integration schemes to push performance and reliability.
• Conduct DOE experiments, analyze results, and identify optimal process conditions.
• Ensure scalability of new technologies from concept to production.

Requirements

• Masters or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or Solid-State Physics.
• Strong background and hands-on experience in GaN or III-V semiconductor process technology.
• Proven experience with semiconductor fabrication processes in a clean-room environment.
• Strong skills in data analysis and statistical tools.
• English proficiency required; German language skills are considered a plus.
