Location: Must be based in Mexico, with availability to travel to Mexico City for occasional office events.

What you will do

  • Lead complex programs across product, business strategy, and sales to increase adoption of hirify.global Rental Ad Manager.
  • Define and track key metrics to evaluate program success and synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
  • Design and implement operational mechanisms, decision-making cadences, and processes to reduce risk and improve alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner workflows, including invoicing, listing data management, and media performance.
  • Drive clarity and lead programs from initial concept through successful launch.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product strategy, or strategy and operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics and turning data into strategic insights.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience designing and evaluating experiments or new processes to drive product growth.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
