APTM NPI Integrator

What you will do

• Coordinate introduction of new products into the factory by supplying required process documentation to factory customers.
• Act as the primary information interface between the fab and upstream/downstream customers, including tracking collateral items and communicating wafer shipping.
• Create and update product codes in internal systems and set up lot flows for NPI execution.
• Kick off NPI checklists per module and monitor silicon progress through setup, power-on, and engineering samples until first production.
• Develop and implement new NPI systems and business processes, and close issues identified in NPI reflection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience in engineering fundamentals, or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, fab processing, and post-fab activities.
• Experience working with and managing NPI builds in a factory environment, driving capacity execution efficiency.
• Strong understanding of key product/process development milestones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
