What you will do

• Work on-site in the hardware lab to support embedded CI activities.
• Perform board bring-up, flashing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain Python-based automation for testing, diagnostics, and monitoring.
• Automate firmware builds, deployment, and regression workflows.
• Track board inventory, revisions, failures, and repair status.
• Coordinate with hardware, firmware, QA, and DevOps teams for issue resolution.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Embedded Systems operations or support.
• Strong Python and Bash scripting skills with automation experience.
• Practical experience in an embedded hardware lab environment.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Experience with Linux systems and Git version control.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART and Ethernet.
• Experience with Python test frameworks like PyTest.
• Understanding of hardware schematics and board-level components.
