What you will do

• Manage organizational and operational process tasks within the Record-to-Report (RTR) domain.
• Identify and resolve process exceptions, backlogs, and issues in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality solutions for the processing of standard products and files within an integrated environment.
• Monitor compliance with internal rules and policies while reporting any deviations to relevant bodies.
• Integrate knowledge of latest internal market developments into day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Manila and able to work onsite at One Ayala Tower 2.
• In-depth experience and advanced proficiency in RTR or related financial processes.
• Ability to work in complex environments with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and issue resolution.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and risk management.
