What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end QA strategy for native iOS and Android applications, covering both manual and automated testing.
• Define and implement a long-term automation architecture and roadmap using Appium.
• Coordinate QA activities for multiple customers to ensure consistency and release readiness.
• Design and review functional, regression, and exploratory test suites.
• Recruit, mentor, and support QA engineers through hands-on guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure robust testing for new features and integrations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in native mobile app testing (iOS and Android).
• Proven experience building and scaling mobile automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Appium.
• Deep understanding of client/server application architecture.
• Strong communication skills for working with multi-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience using agentic AI for test creation, maintenance, and failure investigation.
• Experience with SpecFlow scenarios and flaky test analysis.
• Background in multi-tenant or B2B product environments.
