What you will do

• Define and own the QA strategy, including risk prioritization and release readiness criteria.
• Plan and execute testing across web, API, and integration layers.
• Design and govern the test case library to ensure alignment with business-critical flows.
• Provide quality input during refinement, sprint planning, and architecture reviews.
• Identify and document defects with clear root cause analysis and business impact assessment.
• Advocate for and implement AI-assisted testing practices for test generation and bug analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in Macedonia, Poland, or Ukraine
• 6+ years of experience in Manual QA.
• Deep expertise in REST API testing and complex business logic assessment.
• Strong command of test documentation, including test plans and BDD scenarios.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and CI/CD integration.
• English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced required
• Practical experience with AI tools for QA workflows.
• Experience in online gambling, fintech, or high-load regulated systems.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in Computer Science.
• Automation skills (Java, REST Assured, Selenium).
• Experience with performance testing tools like Locust, k6, or JMeter.
• Experience testing real-time data systems like WebSockets or event streams.
