What you will do

• Lead technical discovery at the start of projects to understand requirements and define the best solution.
• Design middleware platform solutions and determine what hirify.global can deliver to meet client needs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for clients, advising early and gathering inputs across stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership through implementation and delivery, ensuring outcomes are on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with client governance, project executives, and sometimes vendors to align delivery.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as WebSphere, WebLogic, and Tomcat.
• Experience configuring and supporting JEUS (TmaxSoft).
• Prior experience supporting middleware operations within the financial services industry.
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
