What you will do

• Set and drive strategy for evaluating generative AI in clinical and medical education contexts, including frameworks for assessing medical knowledge representation.
• Co-develop evaluation roadmaps with product teams and medical professionals to meet clinical accuracy standards and educational objectives.
• Lead knowledge organization governance for clinical content evaluation and influence standards and processes for AI-driven medical information systems.
• Lead and manage complex projects evaluating AI model performance in clinical use cases.
• Develop and implement content enrichment strategies to ensure clinical accuracy and relevance of AI outputs.
• Mentor team members and guide the evolution of evaluation standards for AI-generated clinical and education materials.

Requirements

• MD required, with 10+ years of clinical experience and expertise in medical informatics.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating AI systems for clinical applications.
• Proven experience leading large expert teams using project management and agile methodologies.
• Expert-level understanding of clinical knowledge systems and medical content validation.
• Track record of developing evaluation frameworks for AI in healthcare.
• Extensive understanding of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and healthcare education needs.
