What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with partners’ security architects and technical leaders.
• Enable partners through the pre-sales process, including discovery, solution scoping, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the Partner Enablement Team to develop and deliver technical training materials.
• Keep partners informed about product roadmaps and portfolio enhancements.
• Provide guidance on solution architecture, integration best practices, and advanced use cases.
• Act as the technical voice of the partner to provide feedback to Product Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional pre-sales technical experience in an enterprise software company.
• 3+ years of experience with Identity, Governance, and Access Management (IGA) solutions preferred.
• Knowledge of SaaS architecture, web services, application servers, databases, and directories.
• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high EQ.
• Must be based in the United States.
